My first time trying authentic Okonomiyaki (cabbage base), Negiyaki (Green onion based, pic 3), and Yakisoba!
This place makes it a bit creamier / softer pancake, some would even say runny. It's a hit with the locals, but I prefer mine to have a more structured pancake texture. Still recommended!
