We stumbled upon this hidden yakitori gem in Sendai with 14 chef’s choice grilled skewers and didn’t know what to expect 🍢

2 hours later, we walked away super impressed – the quality and taste rival famous yakitori places we’ve had in NYC and other major cities in Japan! 😋

The master chef, the youngest yakitori master we’ve seen, personally grilled each and every skewer to juicy perfection, from chicken gizzard to plump shiitake mushrooms, to sweet tomatoes with freshly grated cheese 🐔🍄🍅🧀
