Homemade kakuni (pork belly)

    And asakuze cucumbers, green beans with negi miso, rice and instant miso soup.

    The pork belly was absolutely amazing! The 4.5 hour cooking time was more than worth it. I used the recipe from [https://www.justonecookbook.com/braised-pork-belly-kakuni/](https://www.justonecookbook.com/braised-pork-belly-kakuni/) but used the water I got from washing my rice. Supposedly that prevents a bad smell.
