Singapore to Sapporo WITHOUT FLYING: Day 62

It’s another day of the slow boat from the Thai-Laos border to Luang Prabang and Tash, Freddie and I are loving life. Day two of the boat was different as everyone was familiar with each other now, which meant a lot more socialising.

Once again the Mekong River was gorgeous and the scenery is something I won’t ever forget. This has been one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve enjoyed every minute of being on the boat. When we arrived in Luang Prabang, we were sad to say goodbye to the slow boat, but all good things must come to an end.

Time now to explore Laos fully. I’ve got a sneaky feeling that this country is gonna be a special one.
