Viral Katsudon In Tokyo #japan
I always go back to this spot in Tokyo that only serve one dish 🍚
The katsudon here is my absolute favourite. The katsu is fried to perfection and the combo with rice, runny eggs and soy sauce gave a burst of savoury sweet umami taste that was so addictive. A tip is to arrive 30 minutes earlier to skip the crowd and keep in mind they accept cash only.
