But here’s the inside scoop: while the official websites didn’t announce it, some stations quietly started selling limited quantities of physical Suica and Welcome Suica cards again. I’ve been keeping you updated as the situation changed, checking constantly to share where you could still get them.
But today, I’ve got fantastic news! JR East has officially announced that they’ve secured enough semiconductors to restart sales of Suica and PASMO cards. This is a huge update! But there are still some restrictions and important details you need to know. I’ll cover everything in this video.
