I took an overnight “Meimon Taiyo Ferry” from Osaka to Fukuoka! I stayed in 2nd cheapest type of room, a Comfort Bed. Comfort class cabins do not have locks and do not offer enough privacy, but the beds are spacious and the ceilings are high and comfortable.

★WHAT WAS THE TRIP LIKE?★
・It’s nice to be able to choose my favorite bed place at the booking stage.
・I tend to overeat at buffets when I’m trying to get my money’s worth!
・The deck is windy, so don’t wear a high quality, hairy hat!
・The bullet train from Osaka to Fukuoka takes only 2.5 hours, but I thought it would be nice to take a more relaxing trip by ferry.
・The buffet dishes are restocked one after another, so there is no need to rush.
・Seeing an elderly husband and wife relaxing and traveling together makes me feel happy too!
・Gyoza Dumplings and beer go well together.
