I received these as a gift over a year ago and I haven't used them even once. When making sushi rolls I find it easier to just roll it normally either with a mat or cling film. Since these are basically just tube shaped moulds though there must be something else I could use them for right? Any ideas? Doesn't even have to be Japanese, I like experimenting.
