Goddd I just love your video so much Martina! They really capture the beauty and magic that Japan has. Even places I've been I'm like owo it's so beautiful! Also I think that bird was a heron? You can see them in Canada (BC in particular!). So you can get your crane/heron fix if you ever need one 🙂

As a tofu fanatic, I can't believe I haven't had yuba yet!! On my wishlist to-do.

My favorite tofu is Inari sushi. SOOOO GOOD!!!
I love all kinds of tofu and make many recipes at home. Yes, it can be bland, but if you know how to treat it, it's amazing! Mapo Tofu and sesame deep fried tofu are my favorites! I also love inari sushi!

I miss tofu SO MUCH 😭I recently found out that soy was part of what was making me sick and dang do I miss delicious, silky tofu. Haven't found anything quite like it. This restaurant looks amazing!!! I've never had yuba before so I'm so curious about the texture!
