    Does the recipe ask for a different kind of miso? Shiro just refers to the type of Miso. It means white miso, it’s a little milder in taste. It should work just fine.

    It should still be good! Shiro (white) miso just has a lighter sweeter flavor than dark or red misos. It should be totally fine in an onigiri.

    It’s milder than other misos, but will be lovely. What time will they be ready?
