so the last episode from kuramon Market I decided to try one of these eggs um stuffed inside of an octopus and that went absolutely terrible um cold uh vinegary just terrible terrible terrible So today we’re going to be showcasing something that we absolutely love here in kuramon Market the taco Yaki folks this is a octopus inside of a basically like a Bouie pancake the skill that goes into making these is wild there’s the batter there’s a little bit of those Rice Krispies some scallions inside and one big giant chunk of octopus in the middle absolutely incredible all right let’s try this out and try not to burn our mouths because these things stay piping hun for quite a while so now we have our Taco Yaki and we have our lemon sour cats behind me I’m making a little train to get by all these people and we’re going to go to the kuramon information center because they have a spot for you to eat your food uh because you can’t just stay on the street because then you know it just gets overly crowded so we got the taco Yaki with Bonito Flakes and onions and Cy Mayo now these things are piping hot so we’re going to wait to eat it the last time we had Taco Yaki we burned the inside of our mouths super super bad let’s dig in it’s a good thing uh we came here early because this place is gone and so packed that it’s uh it’s very difficult to walk through um it says you can’t bring your bicycle through the thing and people are just trying to cycle through also strollers strollers should not be a thing old people with canes and uh a lot of people with their luggages yeah which is it’s a lot it’s a lot so we brought on so we’re going to start drinking we bought bought our uh what time is it Kieran lemon sours I think it’s like 10: a.m. it’s 10:00 a.m. come by 10:14 breakfast Sho High breakfast Sho high and Tako Yaki which is probably still molten oh yeahh I’m just going to lift this up show you guys the steam coming off of it oh yeah you can definitely see the steam coming off of this so we’re going to wait a good five 25 minutes before we can even take a bite out go ahead and take off the Bonito plakes now that they’ve completely blown away 10 a.m. come by come by so good like lemons all right okay I poked a hole in this one for a bit so yeah I’m just going to pop this open show you guys what’s inside of a taco Yak so inside a tacoyaki it’s basically like a fried pancake ball there’s dough there’s like Rice Krispies green onions and a little piece of octopus right in the middle so the outside is like lightly toasted or grilled then the inside is still very moochi Mochi like very creamy and then you have the green onions which add nice freshness we always get the one with the green onion topping cuz I think the green onions make it in my opinion and I got it all dressed so you have the Mayo the takoyaki sauce and the Bonito flakes on top of that and the octopus gives it really nice chew this a big piece mhm it goes really good with alcohol HB food HB food and if you like that video why not check out our other videos for more Japan content make sure to like comment and subscribe we’ll see you guys in the next one bye for now
