While eating in Osaka, Japan, we loved going to the little places where you could grill your own food. They had the most spectacular sauce but I don't know what it's called? They were both good but they were the same kind of sauce and I was just wondering if anybody knew what it was called or how I could possibly make it. I realize it could be an infinite amount of sauces but it was pretty standard at these little hibachi places. Thank you.
