Went to try this because I heard it was a local specialty. We wanted to try the flying fish (飛び魚) sashimi, but since it is a wild caught fish they didn’t have any at the time. I guess this one was a salt-preserved fish because the meat itself was pretty salty, but still really delicious. Lots of bones, though! I really hope I can try the sashimi if I ever go back.
