come spend a perfect day with us in the beautiful coastal town of Miyazaki Japan famous for its ocean views and popular tourist attractions we’ll show you the rocky Beach that we visited the surprising Foods we ate and all the fun things that we did this is our Kushi road trip Series in which we explore the third largest island of Japan by car we started our trip in Fukuoka visited the steamy h of beu and are now headed to Miyazaki in this series we show you all the must see hotpots of this amazing Island and much much more because you’re watching us and explore where we travel smarter not harder we’ve left OA behind us and arrived in Miyazaki City this coastal city is located in the southeast of kushu in the Miyazaki prefecture while the city itself is fun too one of the must visit places if you’re going here is Aima Beach a small town at about 20 minutes away from the city we found a parking lot near the beach so parking the car was a breeze aimak comes recommended as one of the most visit places in Miyazaki and you’ll find many resorts here we were welcomed by a beautiful beach with many people out in the sea for surfing our first stop here is Aima Beach Park which is a food truck style picnic place where you can get some amazing coffee laurren got one of his favorites here an espresso tning this steer View viewer is excitement level over 9,000 for a Dutch [Music] person we enjoyed our coffee and this beautiful ocean view but wait there’s more they also had burritos burritos at the [Music] beach it was good after chilling for a while we noticed that people were obsessed with this yellow post box and and while they are usually red the one in Aima is yellow to represent happiness love and wishes come true of course we wish for World more likers and subscribers to our Channel let’s hope we find them now let’s cross the bridge to the hottest of hot spots of this region Aima Island you can walk around this little island and if you go counterclockwise you’re welcomed by a beautiful Tory gate Aima island is also known for the naturally formed rock formations which are visible at low tide we had a great time admiring them and climbing on the rocks for a more close-up view these beautiful rocks are made by tectonic blades are pushing up to each other and then the water seeps over it and it gets this beautiful shape you can see they also called The Devil’s ABS just to clarify the name of this rock collection is the devil’s washboard and of course what would any Japanese island be without its very own own Shrine and this Shrine is special as it’s the place to go if you’re looking for good luck in your [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] relationship one special thing that we did here was make more wishes and this is how we did that you buy a plate for 200 yen wish what you want pay your respect and then throw the [Music] plate feeling satisfied we left the temple continued on our walk and did what the locals do balance rocks [Music] moving on we go to this beautiful tree formation where Lawrence was trying to hide for the shot it seems he forgot his body the tree ratio here after all the walking praying and balancing we walked around to town for a bit until Lawrence got thirsty and whenever you get thirsty in Japan Japan never feels to satisfy great success great success in total we spend a nice few hours here drinking coffee enjoying the beach and the island we definitely recommend coming here and as a bonus the place doesn’t seem all that busy and the people we encountered were super friendly but for now let’s head back to amazaki City [Applause] [Music] as we were heading back to the city we saw a round one arcade so we had to stop there for some quick fun [Music] sadly we didn’t win anything except me finally beating Lawrence at Mario [Music] Kart after this we broke up just kidding we went back to the hotel speaking of the hotel we booked a very affordable stay at the prince smart Inn this is a hotel chain that’s all over Japan and depending on the season their prices are usually low as it’s really a No Frills type of place you check in yourself take the amenities as needed and you go to a basic but good quality room we booked a twin room here for only 38 Euros per night and then included a small breakfast we’ll be making a full review video of this hotel change soon so stay tuned for that in the evening we got hungry and we found an isaka style restaurant their signature dish is slowly cooked meat with potatoes from this big pot and it was such a flavor packed dish first you break the egg yolk to make it even more creamy and after that you take toasted garlic bread and dip and this is the first bite reaction overall it was an amazing experience 10 out of 10 we will leave a link in the description box as we were walking through the close arcade we realized that we were super tired after walking 20,000 steps so we decided to end night and go to
