store obvious see meet the employees that are here and me myself being a sneaker owner or sneaker multiple sneaker store owner uh basically just see behind the uh behind the scenes of my life right so just to start off we’re here at The Parks mall location this is actually our uh top location as far our sales gross uh obviously big reason because this is probably uh the most foot traffic that we get out of every single store so yeah indoor malls uh this is the only store that we have that’s inside of indoor mall uh obviously not something that we’re not used to because back in the day we had the Northeast location but just so you guys know this uh Mall just gets a higher foot traffic than that mall that we used to be before so as you guys can see the Parks mall location um you guys are pretty familiar with what we have here uh one of the few Supreme pin Mall machines that is exists in the world and the man himself the most hated man on sneaker YouTube world the most hated man on sneaker YouTube what’s up Roberto how you doing man how you doing man let them know what’s uh what do you like normally see on on a day-to-day basis day-to-day basis I mean I am a sales associate SL buyer usually I would just come in clock in help some customers out and when there’s bi outs we’ll just take care of them you know and right here’s the little station where the magic happens customers will come in negotiate them get them paid out I mean that’s pretty much my day-to-day routine how you like working here it’s cool it’s a nice show job you know can’t really be anything like this I Lane and go check up on the guys and we’ll catch you guys on the next location all right guys we just touched down to the park lanane location this is your first time here right bro yeah I told him I thought it was crazy that cuz we were on the way talking that this dude said it was his first time being here and you’ve already been with us for how long like 5 months for real bro going on five months February so 5 months and he he still hasn’t came to this location this his first time and obviously I’m checking in oh obviously it’s going to be y’all’s first time meeting this our new manager which you guys are about to meet him here in a bit so let’s go inside and go check it out and get you guys to meet the new manager in charge shops at Park Lane for the ones at donut right across the street from North Park Center obviously North Park Center I consider to be like the top mall in Dallas guaranteed in my opinion so yeah we’re right across the street from it as you guys can see it’s a pretty dope shopping center [ __ ] skyrise apartment just right there randomly chilling at Chipotle right in front of us so good area in my opinion really nice location uh aesthetically and everything so obviously uh you guys won’t see as much foot traffic it being an outside uh type of Mall situation compared to the other uh location but overall let’s go check it out what’s up bro what up bro how are you man to see you always chilling youland yeah bro shout out to shout out to shout out to Chipotle all right what we got so for the ones that don’t know you can they know of who you are yeah yeah so for the ones that don’t know me uh Steven uh Rodriguez uh basically yeah been in the shoe game for a long time uh if you know you know if you don’t then yeah I’m newest member to the soul plier have going on bro how the location’s been uh we just had a a management switch here so obviously things have been you know getting used to uh you basically getting back into the field of it right of course yeah yeah back we’re getting that taken care of uh obviously this location is probably uh the one uh for the ones that know this I would say this is easy like the one that we have the like lowest foot traffic yeah I’ll would say we don’t have as much foot traffic it’s more of a location that uh we deal with more people like customers have already like have either done business with us here before or kind of already know about this location you know from the other locations but from that that doesn’t mean that it’s it’s obviously a Bad Thing obviously we’re right now doing the home manager uh position to get us in a better state over here uh foot traffic adding new stuff promoting stuff of that nature so uh that should be switching up here uh pretty soon just with everything that we have going on so just kind of giving you guys behind the scenes obviously as a warehouse too another thing too that we get a lot of shipping orders from here just because of the low stuff that we have priced over here too like a lot of people don’t know we actually have like a lot of like even you said that I I personally thought that that was the deal that I thought that we have a lot of like uh low price stuff here like I mean just stuff like this that we have just so you guys know this is a pre-owned section that we have so when you guys come in here this is pretty much like all like the lower um pre-owned section I guess you could say so a lot of steals I mean we sell them pretty quickly my I’ve seen these were like what’s that price at $4.95 that’s a good price yeah definitely uh I agree I think uh here a lot more of the pre-owned stuff sells for us I would say uh it does sell pretty fast that’s the one thing uh we try to be fair though we throw up the the online Link we uh sometimes we don’t we rather people that are in the area get a better chance to get it themselves uh but yeah I’ll would say it’s pretty random here honestly as far as like inventory that sells but definitely a lot of good stuff here 180 really clean pair so just stuff like that you’ll find here that we have and then we have a lot of like lowkey stuff that a lot of people don’t even see anymore yeah remember these yeah temp a lot of lowkey stuff that you would to know so again you guys can also negotiate the prices too here a lot of the stuff we pretty much no definitely yeah we are very negotiable I say at this location as far as with the pre-owned items uh but you’ll find anything from pre-owned uh like older Jordans but then we have a lot of the new stuff as well or or yeah was the last time you seen that 275 I mean at one point those were they were like 700 some [ __ ] like that during that time but yeah feel free to come come by and uh negotiate but uh yeah come in here with some stuff like this you don’t even see brand new pair of Gundams remember these like I say he like considered like a grill of Air Maxes right this specific yeah one of the best ogs I say no uh and then some Kobes and [ __ ] yeah a lot of older Kobes look like Christmas or something I don’t know but I I I saw these were freaking going for a while lower down those are the Christmas M MOS yeah so those inspired from the the shoe the soccer shoe the mercur Y yeah one of the best Kies in my opinion yeah so come by check them out clothing that we have over here replenishing that we just had a Breakin not too long ago on here too for the ones that don’t know or I’m going just [ __ ] say it uh we had a break in here cuz we didn’t we didn’t actually advertise this one this one was so [ __ ] random I’ll put a [ __ ] probably like a screenshot of what the [ __ ] happened it’s just getting annoying at this point yeah obviously you know [ __ ] happens but yeah this got broken they broke this glass they broke this [ __ ] glass as you can see the soul player decals and [ __ ] there oh yeah it’s not there no more yeah we had a big wooden plank for a long time so and you know what these [ __ ] dumb guys did what they [ __ ] broke into and they took like like literally just the so Merch this this that a little bit of that and that like they didn’t even take shoes yeah like it’s and then it took them so long just to do it in like mhm with this oh that was on there this it’s annoy the annoyingness is that in my opinion if you’re going to break in somewhere just [ __ ] like go all out my op like take the whole shoe everything but uh either way Insurance got us taken care of but yeah just [ __ ] annoying so this one yeah we got broken into that so don’t mind a lot of the clothes that we um are replenishing obviously because of that [ __ ] loss but yeah we’re going to get some more some more [ __ ] clothes in here bro we put in a big order of clothes so you’ll find anything from like really good we just got those too really good healar pieces those are good designs too Department good Gallery which we never really had here much because uh low key uh the thing is about this location too bro what I’ve noticed too and I don’t know he’ll probably can mention it to you that uh we get a lot of high in clients here so instead of me saying like the low uh the low volume of people coming in it’s the majority of those people coming in are coming in with money cuz the the way that the area that we’re in Highland Park and all that stuff all those like Highland Park people parents are coming in here and actually catching out just yesterday when I worked first sale of the day guess what they took the olive travises the GOL $1,000 like the kid just straights them they didn’t even like they oh can I get these super random that’s what I’m saying like just randomly just come in so it’s like yes we do get like less uh people coming in but it’s like we get uh our I feel like our sales U like averages are higher here than the other stores yeah and we’re also the nearest resale store to North Park Mall so as you know North Park doesn’t really allow any resale stores in the mall uh so we’re literally you can walk to North Park from here so it’s it’s the biggest I guess say shoe store nearby M yeah for sure more Supreme te up here it goes into more Supreme cpfm in the middle and then you got some more miscellaneous items and from like old Yeezy merch stuff like that Essentials we got to keep it in stock just cuz uh people love it man if you love it we’ll Supply it you know that’s what we do so uh really good Essentials goes into the hoodies we keep the hoodies seasonal U not seasonal but all season because people even in the summertime buy it and why not right keep have op there is some people out here rocking hoodies in summer you be surprised the hoodie still the I the hood everything Park small yeah uh I ordered a full size size run of uh Spider hoodies you know them bget are thick like really really good quality yeah really high quality like thick ass hoodies and then uh we sold the that full size run in like 2 days yeah like it was that like it was really like and it was hot like the 100° type weather days that’s crazy is buying a hoodie 100° outside but I’m not complaining I’m not complaining go ahead buy all the buy all the expensive hoodies you want at whatever stock up now now I guess so and then right here you got the Bape yeah and this is really more curated Bape I think I chose just more of the better pieces it’s a lot of college te Bape uh with the iconic camos and the big AP yeah the big AP head also so it’s just the ones that I know so better for us and it’s just black and white shirts just cuz of it’s what sells best here to be honest and up here you got all the soul play merch that we have in stock uh we need a we will be updating it though yeah uh I’ll say most big sizes are sold out but if you’re a small medium even large check it out we definitely might have your size here so I’m working on more designs on it yeah so that’s coming up soon too uh new designs so let me know in the comments what designs you guys want to see or you have any if you guys want to throw me some ideas as to like what what merch designs you guys want to see and then obviously shoes over here uh this middle section these are more of like a more popular hype shoes I would say even you got some old stuff up here too as wellos toos yeah you don’t never see those in clean to yeah they’re almost brand new they look almost Levis as well Levi Forest both of them the blue and the black don’t see those often brand new too we had just missing the white pair wi yeah U but yeah this is where you find a lot of like the classics man up here uh it’s super random but I’ll tell all the ones we have up here even with them being older they’re very clean like that UNCC one right there this one’s brand new brand new yeah stuff that you don’t see mhm free throw lines oh yeah super fire black toes dead that’s crazy but yeah we have a little bit of I think we have more um some cool stuff out here for sure some older off whites too you get some 97 in every now and then like that uh we do have the new stuff we got like furas right here these sell really well for us I would say we get them in and out orange lobsters uh mummy came in the other day super clean 625 probably tried on honestly and it’s under market so I think we have one of the better priced ones honestly uh Kobes yeah keep the Kobes moving my bad keep the Kobes moving uh they sell really well for us as well uh as you can see we do have more of like the more I say like available ones like Venice beaches but that’s only because all the other ones sell so fast yeah yeah those are really nice what do you think about Kobes right now you think Nike could should keep pushing them as much as they are they keep doing so many of them they keeping they did three of these at the same time which one was it it was this one this one and and the Phillies the Phillies yeah which we have as well we do they’re over there yeah so we have the the trifecta but yeah these two doing that I love the shoes but I feel like they’re dropping them so quick yeah yeah quick like they’ll drop the picture mhm and it comes out like almost immediately it’s you know how normally like we’ll get pictures of like uh com in July 2025 Black C 5 I feel like when I see them drop a Kobe it drops like quicker than two months or a month ler yeah like I’m like damn like that quick you know yeah this is pretty much how the parking uh store is set up um white grass got to fing clean that gril piece and people’s home we’ve had that for a while now yeah guys if you guys pull up come sell your sneakers uh or Trey too uh he’s in here uh Sten make sure you guys go come say what’s up to him pull up on me negotiate with me buy some in trade I’m very easy to work with so yeah maybe advice to somebody that might just want to like get into retail okay well I think uh my biggest thing with it and I know it’s very like I guess you can say cheesy but literally you have to put in the work uh I’ll say for me working in multiple uh resell stores and retailers uh you’d be surprised how much like elbow grease the actual owners put into the physical stores I think a lot of people see it as a get rich quick kind of scheme sometimes but it’s a lot of work that gets put into you literally have to be in here almost every day if you wanted if you want your store to succeed and uh you know grow organically I would say and uh yeah as long as you have that drive and that motivation and that that mentality to just always you know stay on top of it I think you’re bound to succeed anywhere with that so marketing which marketing all right guys I’m going to show you guys the back room where all the magic happens we all get y’all’s pairs uh picked up from so obviously there’s a mess my apologies we’re getting that taken care of but yeah this is the back room guys so for the ones obviously wondering maybe they want to open up their own store or maybe just somebody that’s interested in a freaking how back room of a sneaker store looks like it’s kind of the the mag happens um bunch of sneakers obviously in our case we have them organized by uh categories so for example all the stuff over here that’s going to be all SB Dunks uh then we organize over here to Jordan’s Jordan 1es and then so on so yeah just uh show you guys a little brief how we have these compared to the other Stu that we have at parks M the the only difference with with the other ones that that are ceilings here are lower yeah it’s a lot lower so it’s a smaller room I mean nothing crazy guys uh back room’s pretty small we actually have another back room there but that one’s really messed up so I don’t want to show it on camera oh good but yeah so this is where the magic happens so yeah that’s how that looks so that pretty much wraps up everything that we have to do over here guys uh it’s running a little too late so we’re going to have to pretty much catch up ago bro clean we yeah so we have that going on so if you guys need to get your shoes clean or get a cut or even buy some shoes make sure you guys pull up here to the Victory Park location right across the street from American Airlines Center so let’s go ahead and show you guys some more so to give you guys an idea why we did this um we had a um upstairs our plans were different so Fredo was actually one the one that ended up coming up with the idea of doing up the barber shop so so far uh we have currently two Barbers currently active and two Penning right now so make sure you guys follow us on the social media that we guys can see uh all the barers that are coming in but yeah so as of right now as you guys can see uh we have it set up right now here upstairs so you guys want to come in can’t get any better get some Cuts over here with these guys we’ll put their info on the description below too if you guys ever want to get a cut here so yeah just to give you guys a glimpse uh black and white repaint and uh Suede and uh mesh um cleanings so yeah so basically a little bit of everything that uh he’s going to do like he said sued cleaning and then the icing which is a big thing that a lot of sneaker stores don’t uh or even just sneaker restores don’t do in general so he’s going to be doing that so make sure you guys stop by the location uh get your sneakers cleaned and again potentially come get a haircut as well so and only here at the victory only here as of right now so right now we’re not doing any drop offs the best location no drop offs anywhere at at any other locations uh right now it only be here at Victory Park so make sure you guys come in drop them off we’ll get them cleaned up what’s the turnaround time like two to three days two to three days yep two to three days which I think is pretty good compared to everyone else is kind of doing like a week or whatever so two to 3 days even faster right than that depending on the depending on the condition yeah this is only uh local only guys locals only so this is not we’re not having uh some some companies offer like shipping their shoes and then they get them clean and then they ship them back out but as of right now it is exclusively only in person so maybe in the future but for right now only in person fut yeah maybe in the future let us know in the comments if you guys want us to open that up for uh online and we might do that in the future but as of right now locals only so make sure you guys take advantage y yeah yeah all right guys so we’re here in the the layer the cleaning layer the lab or the lab the cleaning lab the lab so right now so this is one of the pairs that we ended up doing uh specifically for a promo video uh the promo video is done by the time this saw so he’s the one seeing what’s what’s basically selling here on the day-to-day basis like always 060s really wow what do you think Dyson I don’t like that model at all guys actually asked for this colorway too guys too I thought it was a women thing obviously this stuff too you got a bunch of these yeah Travis Travis’s move for sure my favorite one out of all of them I’m not a big fan of that kind of been slowing down on the Retro that really has been W is the militaries militaries have been W Military Blue Force new release can’t go wrong um but yeah kid shoes kids shoes kids shoes too guys lot of people don’t know we sell kids shoes too we actually get that requested a lot not only here but also Park small yeah we have a lot of baby shoes too and they’re actually heat baby shoes Heat heater baby shoes mean look at this one Phantoms n9c for baby daddies for for you baby daddies out there so yeah we got some heat for for the for the young too as well so yeah guys that pretty much uh show showing you guys here behind what we have also more shoes out here this is where all the dunks are at where all the dunks if you guys can see we’re dunks have kind of been a little bit on the lower side right you would say you would say Fredo yeah dunks have yeah dunks so right now what I’ve noticed with dunks right now is that uh you got to have your margins lower on them so right now with the shift of the sneakers that kind of selling like dunks are like what on stock for like 100 bucks 80 bucks 90 bucks some of them yeah some of the older ones that used to be 4 500 bucks they’re $2,000 worth of things heat though right I mean most like easy 750s it was like a whole bunch of like heaters in Bang and stuff so he tra all those and then now again that video is just resurfacing just cuz like they’re they’re restocking it again the zebra again I don’t know if you saw those came out like four or five times already more it’s probably like five times really yeah so they just keep going down but yeah I mean apparently saying Yeezys are selling here I mean who’s I didn’t even know so the thing here is uh Victory Park we do have a bunch of um residen residencies upst upstairs all over the place uh most of these people stay at home or they go to the gym they go to FL Floyd Mayweather’s uh boxing gym and stuff like that everything around here and I mean these are comfortable these are comfortable shoes for them and that’s what they like yeah that kind of uh gives you guys a glimpse of you know what we have going on the SBS Nikes Yeezys all that stuff that we know why they did the release I don’t know if they were b-grades at the end and they released them there or if the joke of it was that they weren’t wanted so they went to the outlets I don’t know I
