Should i buy this bottle tonkotsu

I don't know if I'm gonna commit a great sin and it tastes terrible. I'm hoping it's like jar marinara sauce where you buy it and yeah it's fine on its own but you should add seasoning to it and not just some weird thing. Has anyone ever had it? Reviews don't really mean much to me

I have it in my fridge right now and it’s pretty good imo.

I would cut some scallions on the bias if you decide to get it.

It’s good, not ramen shop good, but at home wanting a quick bowl of ramen good. I’d flavor it to your liking though because it’s kinda flat and boring to me.

When I use this brand I’ll have it with skin on chicken thigh that was marinating in soy sauce garlic and ginger. When I pan sear it, there will be quite a bit of fat left in the pan, I’ll add a splash to the bowl into the sauce. Then I add togarashi, cause I like spice, mix it all up then add the water.

I think it’s also a tasty move to take it a step further and instead of adding all the contents to a bowl, put the chicken fat, tonkotsu sauce, and togarashi in a pot or wok, Saute it until very fragrant, and then add the water. The extra char flavor of cooking the sauce a bit in the oil is a nice addition.
