A visit to Kichi Kichi Omurice in the Pontocho area of Kyoto, Japan!! Reservations are required and often made months in advance, as Chef Motokichi Nakamura puts on a show of his Japanese omelette over fried rice, all topped with a beef demi-glace sauce and fresh parsley…complete with his very own omurice theme song!!
