Honestly I think originally gummies are not really meant to be peeled. It just so happens that one day someone was bored and just decided to try and peel one and was surprised at how the inside looked like the inside of a peeled fruit. Then they started trying to make a sale of of the concept even in fact it doesn’t really work that well.
