welcome to the first Port stop ngoya good morning good morning good morning and welcome to ngoya Japan we are on the Final Approach interport as you can see it is quite industrial but there’s a lovely looking bridge ahead there’s a fantastic day planned with castles and all sorts and I cannot wait to bring this to you take a quick look let’s go and get it first a quick spot of breakfast wow that was a crazy crazy fight again to find a table for breakfast this morning it’s even busier now than it was when I came for lunch yesterday here in the buffet but I finally made it I’m outside right the after of the ship and I’ve got a little mini cook breakfast right I need to get stuck in cuz I’ve not got long to go before need to meet everybody downstairs we’re meeting between 8:30 and 8:45 in a sheins and it just gone 8:25 so I need to get a rle on there’s certainly a lot of bridges here take a look at this [Music] okay well two but that’s enough right right time to dive down to oceans meet the small group and jump off this ship okay we are off the ship ready for the adventure in ngoya absolutely beautifully stunning day we’re just queuing up to get the free shuttle into the tank Center and then our adventure shall begin there’s a lovely young lady that’s got a sign in front of us just see if I can uh get a wrong camera there she is so we’re on the shov bus and uh packed in like sardines moving name making a bit more room not quite as tin pack as it could be like on the subways so fre sh done we are now at fut station please forget by communciation ro and we are heading for Aya station where the first stop will be Goya [Music] Castle is busy here just getting out of the train station is a bit of an adventure so far if you ever get lost at a Goya train station then meet at the Gold clock okay this is pretty cool it’s a subway map made out of Lego for Legoland [Music] Japan we approach the castle starting with the moat [Music] got my ticket and I’m good to go 500 yen which is at 250 thank you okay we are in and you can see the castle in the distance already beautiful trees here and look at that the leader of the storall this looks quite beautiful here today let’s go and take a look the shoes are off and they’re going in a box h on with a key and you’re [Music] on don’t forget we you be shoeless for the rest of the cruise now despite what I was told you can video in here you just can’t use Flash photography so see how we get off [Music] okay look at this wow I’ve popped into the souvenir shop to get a fridge magnet to add to my collection and I am uh right underneath the castle building and there are some characters that are posing for photographs with the tourists and there’s quite your key for it unlike in other places in the world they’re not charging for it or asking for tips quickly check out the cherry blossom or secure up so Nya Castle done and a quick short TW stop subway ride later and we are downtown for a spot of lunch and we are in this underground shopping center currently heading to wherever we happen to be heading to for lunch which I will fill you in when we get there this is like a treasure Trove of little eies I thought there was just one restaurant when we got the top here but there’s loads of them maybe I yabaton and let me just show you what I’m going to have which was recommended to me and then I will show you the restaurant order placed I’m looking forward to this food coming out and they are cooking it right over there original restaurant here in AA kind of like it smells delicious the foods come out and wow there is a lot of it take a look at this so last miso sauce and that is Japanese so we’ve got the miso soup the pickles the white rice and we’ve got the pork with Japanese sauce and miso sauce and cabbage that was a lovely lunch and uh now we’re heading to the uh dtown area and I can see the TV tower in front of me well that’s chucking out a fair bit of water isn’t isn’t it that TV tower is so big and for boing it kind of follows you around I wonder where we’re heading to Next we’re almost in the shadow of the TV tower you’ve got this uh par CL station and this uh installation which is known affectionally the spaceship and uh look up there it’s got water on the ceiling see it Rippling away there crazy that this is just a p station that is what you could see from down there we are now at the top after visiting the ngoya miray Tower or TV Tower and spaceship Aqua it’s time for us to head to the final stop of the day which should be a good one it’s the OSU Canon Temple and Shrine and uh we’re walking so it shouldn’t be too far away here it is wah [Music] we and let’s take a look at the Tor Tor t t Gates [Music] [Music] so that was the shrine next up the temple oh my absolute gosh this is incredible let me just start in front of me and then I’ll do a 360 it’s crazy it’s just way too much going on to fit it all in it’s crazy and the cherry blossom in behind there as well just incredible I’m blown away by this place okay so stopway and train back to the cruise terminal we are here the ship’s behind us little bit squeaky bum time for a while there because the train had to stop on the tracks at a red signal because the winds are too strong for them to continue but uh We’ve made it all aboard is 4:30 and it’s about 427 now so uh need to grab my passport and we’re back on the ship see why they stop it is bloody freezing right now and that’s why I’ve my really really cold my ensuring I was suitably wrapped up it was time to leave ngoya behind [Music] next it was back to the room CH chill for a few hours and the captain made an unexpected announcement about a port change from coochi tomorrow due to low tides so it was time to see what the evening haded store on board so it’s 8:30 and after the port change announced earlier that we are no longer going to coochi but instead wakayama it’s a very early arrival it’s uh 6:15 we arrive and we leave at 1:00 p.m. so it’s a very short Port stop so I am going to go to the buffet because quite honestly the traveling and the time change in the jet lag is caught up with me after all the walking today as well so um yeah I’m just going to go to the buffet and grab a quick bite to eat and then it’s entertainment in the the Stardust theater and then I think an early night for me as I’m saying I’ve come to the buffet tonight cuz I’m a little bit tired and uh don’t sat in the restaurant for an hour and uh to go to the show at 9:15 and it’s uh just coming up to 8:40 now so so yeah I’m in the buffet I’ve got a bit of uh mixed vegetable cing got a bit of beef and honey got a bit of uh dll some normal rice some um fried rice and a bit of uh vegetables with ginger so um yeah it looks quite good I’m going to get stuffed in and then of course the desserts okay update on the buffet food so the beef and honey very tasty but very tough so I left some of that everything else was great the the vegetable curry and the doll were super super tasty and I can still taste the fire in my mouth they had a bit of a kick to them which is really really good um so dessert time I’ve got a white chocolate mousse cake and a lemon merang tolet see what I make of these okay dinner done time for the main theater Mr Penguin strictly no filming or pictures allowed in here so I’ll let you know how it goes when I come out quite the grand entrance don’t you know so entertainment in a theat tonight is best described as a collectic parts of it were boring parts were entertaining parts of it were really funny especially the bit where a a guy got dressed up in a inflatable penguin costume and his young son was giggling away and that was just pure gold um I think I might just pop into spin for a little bit of the 70s night and then I think it’s going to be a reasonably early night as we arrive at 6:15 I’m not planning to be up and off at that time but it would be nice to HP into town and see what there is to see if there’s a free shuttle I’ll just popping for an hour or two be rude not to catch a little bit of the 70s night here in Sp [Music] L the [Applause] [Music] okay that’s a little bit of fun at the 70s night in Spa Lounge done it is now time for bed cuz it’s a fairly early start tomorrow cuz I’m going to get off and have a little bit of Explorer I will be in wakayama tomorrow so do join me on the
