Found One Of The WEIRDEST Places In Tokyo Japan, But I LOVED It!

Teamlab in Tokyo japan is a must do when visiting Japan for the first time. Tokyo Japan has many things to do when traveling but teamlabs tokyo should be on your list. Teamlab tokyo is an experiential museum that allows you to partake in the art. After we leave Teamlab Tokyo, we then travel on a highway bus to see Mt. Fuji for the first time. Tokyo Japan has been amazing so far and we cant wait to see more. Come with us as we explore team lab tokyo and then travel to Mt. Fuji for the night

what is up travel Squad we are back at it again back at it again and today we are trying something new that we’ve seen all over the Internet we are going to an experimental no uh physical experimental Art Exhibit basically all of the above yes yeah we’re going to stand in water we’re going to touch things we’re going to see things Lord wearing a skirt but there’s a mirror room so you can see up her skirt later I have shorts on the tach good thank you for looking out it’s athletic wear yeah so we’re going to check that out you’re one of Team labs yes team laps yeah that’s yeah we’re going to team laps sorry but we’re underneath a cherry blossom tree like look at this gorgeousness it’s crazy we just been chilling here in the park next to team labs and it’s been amazing we’ve been here for like an hour and a half we got here super early like go things falling behind you yeah sorry yeah we got here way too early and we stumbled upon this insanely gorgeous part so we’ve just been hanging out and staring we don’t need to show on camera we just literally just enjoy it look at this view that we were just experiencing straight up amazing and then there’s a guy down there playing the flute the wooden flute just different songs for like the last hour yeah he was playing Titanic songs he was playing old L sign the New Year song Amazing Grace so it’s just been so peaceful a this doesn’t this look like Chicago though it does look like Chicago we weren’t really going to Vlog that or show it to you cuz we’re just enjoying it in the moment sometimes you just don’t you just put the camera away and just enjoy it for what it is now that we’re leaving I just want to like hey look at this I also just want to show my outfit of the day I’m really proud of this I found this online old school Power Ranger shirts oo Mighty Morphin seriously this movie like gave me life as a 5-year-old 6-year-old but yeah my mom kouch especially when they turned into ninjas and got their different animals Japan was meant for me and then we got the Nikes and the other Nikes Nike shorts and then the hokas Oh Oh I thought you were hokas sorry you’re Hoka guy now I’m sorry Hoka we’re doing all the walking but we are going to head to team Labs now because we have our reservation in about 20 minutes it’s a 10-minute walk normally on trips and different excursions and stuff like that I am the person I am the commander I am the Navigator of our Voyage this time The Navigators has been having some trouble so Laura has been stepping up and I’m very happy about it Laura and proud of her for stepping up and guiding these streets because your boy has not been doing well this trip you’re proud of me yes I am well thank you Cuz usually it’s like where do we go well we explain that to you yesterday I’m just like but I’m following Low’s lead now see i’ I’ve been I’m meant to be in Japan I just got it automatically seriously Laur have you ever noticed like how gorgeous and like unique these manhole covers are honestly no I haven’t noticed that like I I’ve seen that there’s some Pokémon ones around Tokyo somewhere but really but those like they’re just not like metal like metal discs they’re actually decorative that’s honestly everything in Japan it’s just like well taken care of and quality you know the guy here isn’t using using a rake he’s using a like a straw broom I mean come on like that’s what you see on TV and stuff being here for the last few days kind of gives me the vibe of like the Eminem Santa Claus commercial where it’s like they do exist he does exist like that old commercial they play every year I was trying to figure out how you were about to tie that to the Eminem Santa Claus commercial like that’s the vibe I’m getting it’s just like oh it really does exist it’s not just like YouTube or like stories or anything like that like those things are actually real and 5 minutes later here we go team labs plan it today there is a new one called borderless but I booked that before I knew that was opening I know I’m not I’m going to hate this but I’m actually surprised this queue isn’t more full I mean it’s at 11: to 11:30 I think our time is 11:20 so maybe they’re in like 10minute increments but then again it might be because a lot of people are inside and the que’s inside this might hint at what this Art Exhibit is about your whole entire body immerse perceive and become one with the artart also I just saw they have rental shorts available really yeah if brought pants and you don’t want to get them wet eventually you can rent shorts yeah cuz you have to roll up I think we mentioned that ear you have to roll up your clothes yeah that’s why I didn’t we’re leggings today Barefoot as you experience the artworks with your entire body your feet will get wet in some spaces please take off your socks and tights in the locker area I feel like this is going to be really cool I think it’s going to be mindblowing wow look at this there’s some mirr floors I was talking about I feel like I’m in the Tess act from Interstellar it kind of feels like that with the music look at all these people and it’s hard not to get anyone’s like oh wow look at that it’s hard not to get in anyone’s like way because it’s mirrors and lights everywhere yeah everyone’s trying to take pictures but honestly it’s not that packed not yet looks like the night sky oh my gosh look at [Music] this and the room is not as big as it it really is like it’s there’s a wall like right here so the room looks a lot bigger than it actually is it really does give me this Interstellar like the movie Vibe I wish I had a room like this in my house that I could just go sit in and like meditate you have a house when I get a house here we go we’re standing in we’re going into the Milky water oh it’s warm I was expecting it to be freezing oh this is that room okay so this room shows like projection onto like the water and if you touch them the fish break apart so there’s like little koi fish everywhere and like if you touch one actually I can’t do it with this camera yeah try to try to catch one here’s one I guess they’re moving too fast I didn’t know there was a whole room like this I thought it was just that hallway that you walked I thought that was the hallway was like the first place but I guess not wow this SMS like the world’s largest bathtub I guess you can kind of call these Tron fish fish because they’re like leaving trails everywhere they [Music] go where’ they go all right so like koi it’s not doing it anymore there they go petals that’s cool little cherry blossom petals you ready to move on to the next room let’s do it oh that’s nice they actually have towels for you to dry off so here you go that is quite nice I like that a lot you guys probably can’t tell from this but these are giant balls in here and you can touch them and they change [Music] colors so yeah see you can smack this instead of my ass it’s not the same it feels pretty good though look at this little our little Oasis a little corner let’s just stand right here the whole time so this one is called the falling Universe of flowers this room is cool so everyone’s like laying down and like looking up at this Dome and flowers I could fall asleep here if someone gave me a [Music] pillow all right well yeah we’re back outside oh my God it’s so bright but this is awesome look at all these eggs wow nuts right it’s like another world I didn’t even know they had an outdoor area for this what was that exhib we saw in Atlanta uh I can’t remember the name of it well it was a Japanese artist yeah Japanese artist a bunch of different statues and this is giving me that Vibe these rooms are like really dope and just like very interactive a little busy a little packo that’s what we expected when we got here honestly not as bad as I expected no I it would it probably would be a lot worse but it’s not bad right now I think they do a really good job job of kind of spacing everyone out with like the times and stuff and not overselling it but who knows it could be a totally different story like a different time of the year it’s like alien that’s what every reminds of alien when have eggs also look at this ready oh my God are you supposed to do that yes okay they have like attached things so like it is interactive I believe sometimes they have lights on them and they might change but yeah you can go touch the eggs okay I’ll touch [Music] one it’s it’s harder than I thought it was going to be so she said okay so this is the cool room this is the one where the flowers hang from the ceiling and they’re mirrors this is the cool room none of the other ones well the light one was cool too this is like the the one that they advertise a lot you can see the flowers like moving down every room is mirrored we’re down so everyone has to like crawl underneath them but there they go they’re slowly starting to go up this kind of reminds me of like Epcot with the greenhouse it’s this is absolutely beautiful and it smells really really good yeah it does I wonder if these are like real flowers I think I feel like they would be maybe not I don’t know I think they are from it smells like real flowers that’s the smell in here it also can just be part of the the gimmick I’m going to stand up and see pull some leaves off I’m pretty sure they’re real they look real I don’t want to touch them so that was fun it’s very a lot of these are timed but we’re going to go we’re going to put this camera away you’re not going to know it we’re going to put this camera away and go through it and experience it without our cameras and just be there in the moment even though this has been such an incredible experience want to fully immerse ourselves we’ll see you guys on the other side a little later definitely recommend trying that out if you come to Tokyo oh absolutely it was definitely not overhyped and they do such a great job with the crowd control there’s so many people here and you can go as many times as you want you don’t have to like go through the exhibit and that’s it so we went twice as you guys saw earlier yeah and they have place to store your stuff and it’s so convenient to just have the key on your wrist it’s just they really make everything just like seamless well now we’re about to get some food cuz I’m kind of hungry hangry hangry my bake looks like they have a whole bunch of water out here so when you get thirsty cuz like you can see there’s people just sitting outside and stuff this is really smart would you like a water yes please how much is it 150 150 that’s highway robbery jeez had to get my all my coins out I have a 500 do you think they would take that and I just want to say I was just kidding about the highway robbery thing if you guys are curious 150 Yen it’s pretty much 98 cents in the states which is crazy cheap because if the United States had anything like this this would cost good $5 it’s even a Coca-Cola product so you know those usually don’t come cheap I don’t know Japan just makes sense if you guys are new to our Channel and enjoying what you’re seeing and you want to see what else we get we’ve been here everything else has been convenience stores I’m literally just going to do the point point at the picture that I want there’s no way I can pronounce it I just want to make sure it’s not fish whatever I order point we got this was coffee but apparently what type is it like green tea is that OA it tastes like a very plain tea I can’t tell you what it is is it sweet or is it kind of this um it’s not like super it’s not sweet I don’t think let’s try it out hi I’m F and this is my first drink of the day yeah just it’s just normal hi my name is Fain and this is my first drink of the day there we go it’s kind of like a little pallet cleanser yeah yeah maybe that’s it I like how like we’re just opening all the jars and like to see what’s inside of everything pickled something some type of sauce toothpicks sh six it kind of smells like A1 yo this looks good I got an egg some chicken cutlet some rice underneath some trimp real Japanese shrimp tempora and I got a feast oh yeah did you know you getting all this um kind of I just didn’t think it would be the forge I can help you eat some oh yeah you’re going to help me I’m not quite sure what it is I believe I got pork B have teeth don’t forget all about all the sauage right here too I know this is for somebody I love me some runny eggs I’m going to try this real tempow [Music] shrimp it look tender this is a fmu wow oh my gosh I want you to try it it doesn’t taste like shrimp at all it like it’s like butter I’ll give it a try jeez it’s good isn’t it it just like melts in your mouth yeah you don’t like shrimp either so that’s crazy that’s my bad this is the place that we just went to amazing food that was incredible like blown away like I want to go to sleep now and I used my MX card and it was $13.10 so all the food you saw even the water drink whatever $13 incredible and it’s just right down the street from Team lab and it was super busy so it seems like like more of a local spot yeah because there’s just like lines at the door now I really enjoyed that I was happy with [Music] that here you go for the bus ride today to Mount Fuji let’s get litty titty literally going to arrive off my ass let’s get L’s and T’s in Japan baby you really want to buy this I mean kind of yeah let’s buy it okay so they have the cold section over there with like the water bottle soda and all that but this is the first time I’m see in the hot section so you can see it says hot but it looks like a refrigerator and it feels like a refrigerator but just just grab one of those bottles the heck czy that is so strange and you can’t tell but like it’s literally warm to the touch and then the Shelf underneath is cold really yeah it’s like it’s hot up here hot right here and this cold if you guys want to see how quiet a train is just listen No One speaking 2 hours later we got the bag packed backpack packed pack backpack on the back now we’re headed to the bus to see go to Mount Fuji today we are officially Backpackers for real no ma just call us detour Duo yeah I think we’re basically experts now when it comes to using the train station yeah I only took a couple times freaking out but now we have to find the bus station oh yeah that’s true we’re not doing the train right now anymore at least not today no we are pretty sure it’s in here we’ll see I mean it’s it’s pretty easy directions it’s just we never been to that part of the station so we don’t know I think this may be our best and there’s a little waiting room over here for us weren’t really any signs to be honest it’s really quiet in here we probably the loudest talking but we also have mics on so it makes a difference that should be our bus right there and just like that our bus is here and look we have like a really nice wrapped bus anime WRA they got the cool bus no seriously I’m not sure what anime is I know it’s popular but it’s pretty cool hopefully it’s not hot like it’s actually kind of chilling there let’s go to mount fouji here we go up to fi two more hours but I got one piece so I’m good looks like we have some Wi-Fi on the bus so you can watch all your murder shows oh thank you [Music] was that is one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen 2 hours later how was that bus Rod I know you saw the Mount Fuji in the distance it wasn’t too bad honestly I thought it was going to be like more SP I I guess I was expecting the shinson which I don’t know why I was it was it was a little tight on that one but the views were just like the most amazing ever I thought we got to see Mount Fuji really well going to Kyoto no we were so up close to it it was so cool did start to get a little queasy at the end there but I’m glad we got off yeah right here it’s cold it feels fresh and nice and I have shorts on but we’re at the Cuchi station and now we missed our bus we came a little later the bus stopped running so now we have to go get a taxi hopefully it’s not too much money but we’ll see yeah it should be it’s not too far I looked on Google Map Laura I regret to tell you that we didn’t actually have to climb that mountain yesterday to go see the gates there’s one gate right here we could have just came here like we were planning there’s not a thousand though I know but I mean when you see one you see them all no it’s not the same you doing it right yeah it’s a little chilly but we’re in the taxi on the way yeah we got a nice one the line is so long behind us to get a taxi we finally made it to our wonderful wonderful hotel room they’re pretty nice you check it in unfortunately we just got here a little late as you guys can see from the window back behind Laura that it’s night time and everything’s closed yeah there’s nowhere to eat so I I think we’re going to go take a taxi to grabb some dinner but this room is really cute sorry I didn’t really show it we have a bed on the ground you guys can see it’s like really low some tea and coffee I think it might be bigger than our Airbnb no it is it really is love seats window we got this room because supposedly right there where my head is you see in the reflection it’s supposed to be Mount Fuji so supposed to be a good review review I meant view okay now I’m excited to see it first thing in the morning and then of course the bathroom with the shower and then here is the toilet a different bedet but it’s still a bedet nonetheless all right you ready to go get something to eat please not 7-Eleven 1 hour later well we actually got hooked up by the hotel one of the hotel staffs were like Hey we’re hungry and they kitchen clothed so they were like hey we’ll take you downtown yeah they literally called us in our room and said like hey if you come down now we’ll one of the staff will take you that was very nice so we are back where we started at train station but we’re trying to find somewhere to eat uh one place closes at 9:00 the other place is kind of packed so hopefully we get lucky hopefully we don’t have to resort to I really don’t want to I really don’t want to I don’t want to either but it’s food honestly I think my biggest thing is I don’t know how I’m going to call this number like how do you call this number from an American phone so we’ll see we were able to make it into a restaurant and order some food enjoying the night I got this teriyaki chicken came with fries and rice even though you wanted fried rice it’s still good really flavorful this chicken is bomb and the sauce oh my gosh but I’m kind of like in a trance right now I know I’m just eating like so we’re going to 7-Eleven after this get some snacks I’m kidding I’m kidding I’m kidding I don’t want to go get some water as you guys can probably see this place is pretty small it’s just like only serves like 10 people at a time we have to wait outside a little bit but it’s that’s what that’s like the magic of Japan it’s like little small intimate areas to hang out and chill and eat enjoy and enjoy company like we got sat with another couple they just left but it’s just like it’s Japan you know it’s going to be good when it’s as Tiny as this okay that was good where do you go to sleep yeah that was a great little meal I’m glad we stumbled upon that we could have went to this place but the weight line waight was so long as you can see it’s pretty much tempora it looks good but you’re right I like the other place better yeah and I’m kind of glad I didn’t really want to have any fried stuff so that was look how it’s not even that late it’s like 8:00 at night and it’s almost dead quiet there’s no one there’s no one really out and about right now lur you know what we can do in this empty Street we can plank do you want to plank Oh I thought you were going to say cartwheels no we can um no cuz there’s still traffic coming and I’m trying to make it to 31 before we get our tax we’re headed to the famous Lawson this is the photo Lawson that everyone goes to I can’t really see you Laura but but picture STW mountain right there yes I’ll put I’ll put the picture on the screen there’s so many people that stand on that side and take photos because Mount Fuji right in the background it’s just so weird to think that there is a massive freaking mountain right there yeah and we cannot see a thing but we’re at the famous laws let’s go get some more snacks no we just water my God there’s 7-Eleven right there yep so we officially have tried all the convenience stores which one is your favorite um you know for a minute I thought it was Blossom but I think 7-Eleven won my heart with the eggs soy sauce fried rice ball well guys that is it for
