If it ever comes out somehow that Elira is actually a quasi-manager or liaison, what seems like the ravings of a lunatic on the street corner quickly become “*Hold up, let him cook*”.
Orange2022
I like how the Grand unifying rat made this, it made my day 😂 let the ratt cook.
Watching their streams back then i do remember them say a couple of times that they had to do “Offline Work” after they stream or would mention that they did “Offline Work” a day before or before starting the stream. So is it ok to speculate that “Offline Work” is them doing the translations and being “managers” “liasons”

I mean at this point nothing is too deranged to rule out but biggest problem for me is that this doesn’t explain the fuckery that was going on with Elira’s PL twitter account.

What the fuck.

Please tell me that this is wrong, that there’s a part that makes it not work, this should not make so much sense like what the fuck.

What company would be stupid enough to let talents govern themselves? Who manages the operating costs and funds supplied to NijiEN?

I’ve heard allegations of an Elira clique multiple times before. Always dismissed them as nonsense. But now I’m not so sure.
Crazy times.
UltraZulwarn
to be fair, you can take Elira’s name out and put in a random manager who knew EN-JP that has been around since the beginning.

The whole thing about power tripping tho, it is very believable given how things have developed.

but then again, if this were true, HOLY SHIET

Regardless of its accuracy, this is a grand unified theory worthy of Stephen Hawking.
TheBlank5
vt certainly is crazy, but you can’t rule out anything with Niji. And Elira is/was/idfk anymore my Oshi, but I can see a rendition of this being partially plausible.
Elira herself confirmed Noor, former IN, was a staff member in EN for a time. It’s within the realm of possibility that they utilized current, bilingual talent for similar functions. Perhaps those responsibilities grew larger over time into contributing to the mess we have today. It’s not gospel, but fuck if ain’t spicy.

Now this rrat has a small chance of being true just due to the fact of how straight up ridicioulous some statements are but imagine if it was real tho thats some IRL supervillan shit ngl and that would be one the biggest wtf moments in not just Vtubing history but in entertainment history a multi billion dollar company ran down by one person who is a straight up irl Goro Akechi (How ironic) and that would be the biggest supervillain reveals of all time it wasnt management or Tazumi who were the big bad it was actually the face of EN Elira Pendora

This paints Elira a bit too much as some evil mastermind, but I’d be a fool to completely discount everything. A whole lot fits together with this.
Adza_03
Considering how many rrats for the past 2 years turned out to be correct, this should set off a fucking war siren holy shit
If Elira is actually one of the big wigs in NijiEN management team, no surprise she and her cliques (including Vox) can get their hand on those legal documents.
Senior_Cat_Herder
This rrat is born from all the crazy shit coming out of the woodwork over at that org. I’m curious to see how much is proven right here by the (likely soon) legal proceedings.

It sounds credible because this guy has taken notes from old rrats and leaks from Luka’s ex mod to try to make it all make sense. Also, it really would explain why Elira is such a snake.

Whether true or not, this has the potential of a good short Netflix series, which I would binge watch the hell out of it.

If this was a nameless manager instead of Elira, I would be more inclined to believe.
For one thing, according to this, Pomu should also hate Elira’s guts and if Elira merely going to Japan for 2 weeks immediately means the clique is headless and needs a new leader, how do you explain Pomu willingly going to Antarctica with Elira?
As terrible a thing Elira has done to Selen, I genuinely believe she was an actual good friend to Pomu.
If Elira was able to prioritize resources to herself, why would Sunbeam still take a whole year of production, similar to Fairy of Akiberse?
And if Elira was so smart to run this ring for 2+ years, I find it baffling to think she’d also be simultaneously dumb enough to think the slander against Selen yesterday was going to work. Like instead of being a meat shield for management, she throws herself in the line of fire? WTF?

I was a silent observer when these were being formulated in /vt. Even if this is halfway true, this is damning but it makes a lot of sense and it’s hard to refute.
cyberpunk707
I always thought something along the line of some lord of the files/talent managing each other scenario.
The miscommunication/bizzare responses and how seemingly disconnects between Riku corporate apology and the shitfliging on Elira’s channel would make the most sense if EN has long gone AWOL.
MongoMops
This is a nice story, but is there ANY evidence to back this up? I don’t want to say that is impossible but we have multiple sources confirming that there is Missmanagement in Niki but I have never heard any mention of a school playground bully group.

Here’s the thing. I always assumed that what was happening was a manager at NijiEN directly fucking with Selen. I don’t know how many of you are in a heavily corporate job, but if not you would be amazed at the damage a single middle manager can do once they’ve picked a member of staff to just absolutely destroy for whatever reason. Sitting on a time sensitive email till the last second, losing or forgetting important documents, failing to pass information to the right parties, stopping in the hall to chat with staff and planting seeds of doubt or envy for the person; passing lies, misinformation and slander up and down the ladder to other management and staff. And it’s incredibly insidious because it can be done overtly, no cover up or mustache-twirling secret villain necessary just good old-fashioned weaponized bureaucracy.
IF said “middle management” was another talent doing managerial duties because of the language barrier to JP, which would be a huge conflict of interest, it would absolutely tick all the boxes.

this would be so fucking hilarious if it were true

This was a wild ride. There has always been a puzzle piece that didn’t quite fit with Millie defending the management publicly. This theory definitely would explain that. Still a bit of a crazy hypothesis, but I’d almost buy it at this point

Some simple facts we know about ‘management.’
* They were not paying artists on time, and were sending NDAs with the wrong names on them. While it is unknown if this was a branch-wide issue only artists working with Selen have come forth to comment on this. * They were having the talent, or at least Selen, manage artists, which is pretty damning. It’s a core role for management to ensure these things go smoothly. * They had not arranged permissions for Selen’s MV. Some people might believe this wasn’t management’s fault, but things like the release date of an MV are at the very least **supposed** to be planned well in advance. The fact is that Selen had to get some permissions last-minute and it took over 24 hours to get them while there was a release deadline is pretty damning. * After one of their talents attempted suicide, they made comments on their social media pretending to be them and telling people that they were in the hospital, without the consent/approval of the talent in question. * They released a Termination notice unilaterally and apparently without negotiations, catching the talent unaware, despite the fact that she had recently attempted suicide. * This termination notice was full of dirty laundry effectively, while they had the option to simple cite creative differences, issues with management/compliance as reasons and part on relatively neutral terms, it listed a bunch of slanderous nonsense to seemingly try and justify their position. * They release a bizarre statement simply to publicly state the loss of Selen Tatsuki will be negligible, while reassuring investors regarding recent events is entirely reasonable, the language used here is not. * They organise a bizarre statement by three of their talents where they actively slander their former employee, having them talk as though they were ‘betrayed’ despite being ‘friends’ while complaining about things that are entirely normal behaviour. * This statement just so happens to coincide with the exact time Selen, now Dokibird, is starting her first ‘normal’ stream since her suicide attempt and termination, and predictably causes her to panic and stop the stream to prepare a response. **in case it wasn’t clear. This is incredibly blatant harassment of an ex-employee by a Nijisansi, harassment of an ex-employee that recently attempted suicide.** * There was no real prompt or reason for this statement in the first place. Dokibird had not made any public statements beyond affirming statements made by Nijisanji themselves and had told people to let the matter be. This wasn’t in response to anything. They had no reason or excuse to go out and talk to the public about these things, not at this time, not in this way.
All put together, it paints a picture of either severe incompetence/negligence at best, and mostly just looks like outright malice. On the last points you might be extremely charitable and think they just never thought about the consequences of their actions and just happened to stream at the exact same time but that would still be so severely negligent it’s borderline criminal. So much of it just makes no real sense unless you assume malice/spite since they could have done nothing and be far better off, their efforts actively harmed their own position.
ShadowTown0407
Of course Pomu Selen and Kyo are pure heroes (the ones who left the most recently not before) and Elira Enna and Millie are the pure villains(the 3 who were mentioned in the document)(said by Elira on stream).
It’s so amazingly convenient it’s funny despite the fact Kyo kept interacting with Enna on stream till the absolute last he was in Niji, you would think if kyo was leaving because the shit created by Elira Enna Millie he would distance himself more from them before leaving
This is not a defence of Niji or any livers who are in the wrong, and if you reached this point before downvoting congratulations
But come on this is just getting ridiculous. I am not saying that this can’t be true but this is a bit too conveniently true. Just let the legal teams sort it out and don’t go all schizo

Elira doesn’t have to be the manager for this rrat to work either, if you look at how Elira talks about her manager vs anyone else in EN talking about their manager it’s clear that at the very least Elira is very close friends with her manager so she could have still manipulated them into hiring her friends and giving them preferential treatment
AFlyingNun
It’s all speculation of course, but it certainly would explain a lot.
The position that onlookers find themselves in is that “how can a company be ***this*** stupid and illogical?”
Here’s your answer: it’s not.
Specific, corrupt co-workers are this stupid, and it’s less about sheer stupidity and more about how their careers would be absolutely finished were word to ever get out about their deeds, so they’re hyper-aggressive towards anyone and anything that might expose it.
The reason the company seems so stupid is because the decisions aren’t actually being made based on “what aids the company,” and instead based on “what covers my ass?”
This would basically make all the errors more understandable, because instead of repeated stupidity over and over and over, the one stupid move from Nijisanji was to ever give extra responsibility to **any** of the talents, because they could exploit it…and they did. Everything after that is less stupidity and more a result of the corruption they enabled while trying to save on staff costs, with the corrupt parties constantly pulling strings to promote themselves and their friends over others, as well as cover their tracks and make sure nothing traces back to them.
Of course, it’s all still just a theory, and a rather wild one too…but it’s also admittedly rather compelling. It would explain a *lot* about, for example, how these talents got their hands on sensitive legal documents, or why Selen ***NEVER*** explicitly named talents as the bullies, and yet somehow their names pop up in the legal document regardless. (perhaps because when you put the whole situation together via the legal parties, it has to be mentioned that the flow of info is constantly going through these specific talents as a bridge to the main branch, which itself helps explain what exactly is going on)
**IF** this turns out to be true, it’ll be a huge story and the careers of the accused would be over. They would never find work in the industry again and would even struggle to get positions of authority in other industries.

this is insane if true, 10 years from now someone might adapt this into one of those Korean dramas

This is the problem with nepotism, and the cracks were showing from the beginning.
I definitely kinda of agree with the rrat, Pomu was kinda the center that glued all the different members together.
Finana not really being close to Elira, she kinda keeps to herself in her little corner. Not really surprised she didn’t go to Antarctica.
Petra is Elira’s friend, so unsurprisingly Pomu, Rosemi, Selen form their own little group.
Millie, Enna, Reimu are nepo’d into EN, leaving Nina by herself. Nina literally brings it up on stream about how those three would never reply to her and she felt excluded. She becomes close to Rosemi and Pomu. During her graduation when Millie asks her TWICE who was Nina’s favorite Ethyria member and Nina with no hesitation says Rosemi.
Shu is Elira’s friend. Due to the popularity Luxiem is elevated above the rest of the members. But don’t worry Vox said there was no favoritism. Fuck off with that bs.
-One of Selen’s dreams is to collab with Sanrio, Niji excludes Selen. Fuck Nijisanji.
