It wouldn’t be a trip to Metro Manila, Philippines without visiting Bonifacio Global City aka BGC. Me and @kayyywild explored this ultra modern district of Metro Manila and something very unexpected happened 😂 We then visited Market! Market! for some delicious food and ended the day at Venice Grand Canal Mall. It was an amazing day and I can really see why Filipinos love Modern Manila so much!

I hope you enjoy the video 😊 We had an absolutely amazing time there and will definitely be back in the future to explore it even more. BGC gets busy starting at about lunch time onwards during weekends. It's packed by late afternoon.
I think Is not a slum anymore because life there is improving unlike 2 years ago. At present some illegal squatters are slowly demolished and the government provides them a decent houses and condos.
come to iloilo in january for Dinagyang Festival
I'd say that some of the most authentic Japanese food in the Philippines are from (Marugame Udon) and (Botejyu). It would be great to see how they compare to Japanese food in Japan.
BGC is not a former US militray base…It is a part of the Philippine military base. Some parts of BGC still has the Philippine military base esp the Air force. fyi. Thanks for your vids. BGC is great at night esp now at Christmas season. Cheers
Before you leave Manila, go to the ramen place called Mendokoro Ramenba It’s available in Makati, BGC, and MOA areas. They have the best soy-based ramen. Around Php600 for a bowl.
Oh you missed the Christmas giant parade 2days ago
Fair play to joining the workout in that heat and humidity!! That would have finished me 😂 deffo needed a cold drink after that one 🥤
Keep them coming bro I’m loving these vids!
Kailangan natin suportahan ang mga ganitong vlogger dahil sa kanila nakikilala ang pilipinas sa buong mundo at nakaraang week lang 4 na awards ang nakuha ng bansa sa World travel awards 2023

Hi Josh, I can see ur. Enjoying, exploring the metropolis. Enjoy n stay safe❤
Hi, Journey of Josh! I love your contents and we both enjoyed it with my partner.
However, there are some people who can't easily understand your slang words when you pronounce your channel name.
As such, we would highly suggest you to have your t-shirt printed with your channel name on it.
That way, people can easily remember and subscribe to it.
Good luck, Journey of Josh and enjoy your stay here in the Philippines!
You might want to visit Baguio and La Trinidad province of Benguet. fresh strawberries to buy in the market. It’s just 4-5 hours not 8 hours 😁🙂
BGC is not US bases,
Please visit cebu and try litson
You may skip the city and try visiting the North part of Luzon like La Union Beach in San Fernando La Union and the culinary capital of the Philippines which is Pampanga. Clark City is where you will find stuff like those in BGC as well. And the mountain city like Baguio City all the way to Sagada to see the famous Rice Terraces. Since you are in BGC already don't miss to visit the American Cemetery to pay tribute to the American Veterans of WW2 and the nearby Venice Canal Mall at McKinley Hill. Also Okada Manila is a must place to visit in Manila near to this place is the MOA and the new Parqal Mall.
105 pesos for a donut?! That's insane!!! I would still love Dunkin for sure. By the way, Misukoshi Mall in BGC is also something you must visit if you love Japanese Brands.

Not used to hear “mabuhay” when greeting someone in casual conversation. Either “kumusta” or just simple hello is quite common greeting!😊
Well,well,welcome joe😊.
I just pay attention to foreign vloggers in the Philippines, even if it's just a little bit of subs, the views on their videos increase quickly😅
That park where he is walking has a cistern below to carry the rainwater to not flood the place. A secondary recovery tank when it overflows there were submersible pumps to pump excess water to Manila bay. The Filipino designer of this huge cistern was also the designer in singapores cistern in the park.
Salamat for visiting our country❤️… God bless and hope you enjoy po…I am a filipino watching from Singapore.
